The Diamond Gallery endeavours to create an exceptional experience for our guests therefore this information is intended to outline transparency. No refunds. Exchanges may only be in-store (by appointment) and must be done within 10 business days from the sales transaction, unless otherwise stated. Sales receipt must accompany any exchange. No exchanges on damaged or worn items.
All purchases come with a 1 year guarantee although there are some exceptions. Items not included in 1 year guarantee: chains, necklaces, coloured gemstones and pearls do not come with a guarantee. Select premium items are guaranteed for 5 years (these items have the 5 year guarantee noted in the item description).
Should a gemstone loosen, or falls out and is recovered within the guarantee, Diamond Gallery will tighten/reset it under warranty. If the item is bent out of shape or cracks within the guarantee, the Diamond Gallery will repair it. Jewellery should be insured on the clientsʼ insurance policy. Guarantee does not cover substantial stress on jewellery and the damaged item is to be examined for assessment by a professional at the Diamond Gallery. An inspection by the Diamond Gallery is required every six months to maintain this guarantee, and includes a complimentary ʻLifetime Concierge Refinishing Service.ʼ
Tightening/re-setting, alignment, and appraisal as above, limited to 1 year (unless otherwise stated). A further 6 month ʻLifetime Concierge Refinishing Serviceʼ (if not plated) is complimentary and recommended.
In stock ring purchases come with a complimentary size adjustment of up to one (1) size variance as some rings aren't able to handle substantial stress in a large size variance. Pendants, earrings and rings come with a one (1) year guarantee (no guarantee on chains) unless otherwise stated (some items have a 5 year guarantee).
Appointments for after sales service are required.
The diamonds supplied are legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict in compliance with United Nations Resolutions. The seller hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
